Robert Sanders of Big Stone Gap was on his way to the post office to mail his latest Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes entry when he spotted the Prize Patrol buying roses and balloons at L.J. Horton Floral on Tuesday. 'Here, just take this back with you,' he told the company representatives. From left are Sara Wilson Hale and Laura Wilson Riebe, of Horton's Floral; and flanking Sanders, Gina Farasciano and Tana Shmaefsky, Deputy Prize Patrol officials.
