Eagle Scout shares names on Veterans Memorial

Boy Scout Jesse Austin, of Appalachia, has documented the locations of more than 300 veterans' graves in the American Legion Cemetery in Powell Valley, and engraved those names on aluminum plates, part of a veteran's memorial built at the site.
