Wise County Habitat for Humanity board member The Rev. Tony Palubicki and Chairman Jim Dotson are dwarfed by the six-lot parcel the organization is purchasing for upcoming housing projects and for partial resale. Dotson said former owner J.H. Rivers is financing the $35,000 purchase of the 2.4 acre parcel at no interest. 'We can possibly sell two lots and recoup the cost of development,' he noted.
