Most folks have seen these signs in area yards, but few realize they’re the brainchild of Sherry Gilliam and Jimmy Mitchell, who holds weekly services for The Cave church in the Virginia Kentucky Opry building in Norton. ‘Jimmy and I got to talking about our country and how we all need to pray for it, and how yard signs could be a way to remind people,’ Gilliam noted.  ‘I ordered 100 signs and in two days they were gone. I ordered 200 more, then 200 more. I keep them on hand. I don’t charge for them but I accept donations and the money goes to make more.' PHOTO BY IDA HOLYFIELD.Click Hereto order photo reprints
