Tipton concert changes setting — for this year

Donnie Sorah, Angela Tipton, Rick Galyean, Suzanna Masters and David Volk are preparing for Friday’s David Tipton Memorial Scholarship Fund Concert. All except Tipton are members of the music department at the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.
