Shamrock, the new friend of young readers at Powell Valley Primary School, with (from left) Big Stone Gap Wells Fargo Manager Blake Ray, students isabella Ashley and Jonathon Poteet, librarian Melissa Bledsoe, student Annie Hurley, Wells Fargo representative Jackie Poteet, students Cole Chandler and Sarah Barnette, and PVPS Principal Heather Sykes.
