Auction draws bidders, spectators

An estimated 150 people gathered in the old high school gym for Saturday’s auction. Some people bid on one or more items, which included everything from desks to Powell Valley basketball jerseys, while others stopped by, looked through the items and listened to the auction out of curiosity.
