The Miss Big Stone Gap pageant was held at Union High School on Saturday, March 8. Hannah Gilly, left, was crowned 2014 Junior Miss Big Stone Gap. She is the 15-year-old daughter of Robin and Sonia Gilly. Courtney Hall, right, was crowned 2014 Miss Big Stone Gap. She is the 16-year-old daughter of Bobby and Tracy Hall. Hannah Gilly and Courtney Hall have been friends since the second grade, as seen in the childhood photo with Hall on the left and Gilly on the right.
