Family, friends create prize-winning float

Santa and Mrs. Claus, ably represented by Charlie and Betty Fannon, brought seasonal cheer to Big Stone Gap during Thursday’s parade. Also gracing both parades was the family and friends effort "The Candy Cane Christmas Express," which was the top float.
