The Mclean County Museum of History in Bloomington, Ill. will honor Charles and Jeanne Morris at its History Makers Gala on June 15. Charles Morris, the son of Charles E. and Edith Morris of Big Stone Gap, received his elementary school education in Big Stone and his high school certificate from Central High School in Appalachia.
