Students finish another mural

Union High School art teacher Lisa Davis and her students have completed their fourth mural in Big Stone Gap. Both sides of the Greenbelt under the bridge in the Frog Level section of Bullitt Park are now complete. Town Manager Steve Lawson estimated that hiring someone to complete the mural would have cost the town more than $7,000.
