Norma Jean Reasor Tankersley, 76, of Dryden, went to her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 18, 2022. She was a devoted wife, mother, and granny. She was of the Baptist faith her whole life and loved Jesus. She grew up on a dairy farm in the Olinger community and never lost her passion for farming with her family. She was the backbone of her family farm, even keeping up with farming schedules long after she retired. She was known for her green thumb, work ethic, and love of nature. One of her great delights was watching nature through her binoculars or enjoying quiet time on the farm. She enjoyed traveling and experiencing new things, and never failed to bring back gifts to friends and family after her latest adventure. She served as a member of the Lee County FSA Committee and the Lee County Farm Bureau.
