Fred Cecil Kelly of Clintwood, Virginia born June 15, 1936, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022. 

He is survived by: One Daughter: Terri Jo of Big Stone Gap, Virginia; Three Sisters: Betty Parrish of Warren, Michigan, Margaret Cussins of Clintwood, Virginia, and Suzie Yates of Bristol, VA.; Special Friend: Linda Stidham also of Big Stone Gap, Virginia.

Fred Kelly was buried at Legion Memorial Cemetery in Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
