JOE VICTOR SKLAR

Joe Victor Sklar, 90, of Andover, VA, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020, at his home.

He was a handyman and loved woodworking. Joe served honorably for two years in the U. S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Katie (Walshok) Sklar.

Joe is survived by his sister, Frances McKinney (Delmar), Andover; niece, Carmela McCoglan, Big Stone Gap; nephew, Vic McKinney (Susie), Andover; great nieces, Katie and Megan; great nephew, Daniel; great-great niece, Gillian; and great-great nephew, Cooper.

The family received friends from 12 to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, at Gilliam Funeral Home, Big Stone Gap. A graveside service followed at Glencoe Cemetery with Cotton Gardner officiating.
