EVENTS POSTPONED

• The Big Stone Gap Chapter of AARP will not meet Monday, April 6.

• Country Cabin II in Norton: Per the State of Virginia’s emergency declaration, the Country Cabin will be closed during the month of April 2020.

• The Wall That Heals visit to the Grundy area originally planned for April 23-26 has been postponed. The event, hosted by Riding It Forward, Inc., would have brought the preeminent three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial to the area for Vietnam veterans, family members and other members of the public to see. While a new date for the event has not yet been set, dates in 2021 to reschedule it are being considered now and will be announced in the future.
