With the win, Union retains the Coal Miner’s Dinner Bucket trophy. The Bears-Generals rivalry is known as the Brawl for the Bucket. The trophy was created from an original miner’s dinner bucket and represents the hardworking, coal-rich history of Southwest Virginia.
