MICHAEL CHRISTOPHER MCCONNELL

Michael Christopher McConnell passed away December 22, 2020 at his home in East Stone Gap, VA. He was born August 11, 1970.

Chris was a talented artist; he loved cars and worked for Toyota of Bristol for many years. But he mostly loved his grandson, Andrew “Little Man”. 

Survivors include wife Teresa McConnell of East Stone Gap; step-son Michael Cole; step-grandson Andrew Cole; his mother Sandra Pierce, husband John Pierce, of Spruce Pine, NC; his father Robert Michael McConnell, wife Debbie McConnell, of Big Stone Gap; his brother Brian John McConnell, wife Jane McConnell, of Salem, UT; nephews Brendon McConnell and Jason McConnell, of Salem, UT; great niece Amaryllis Jane McConnell of Salem, UT

A memorial service will be held on June 12 at 1 pm at Zion Family Ministries in Wise. This is an informal gathering and a meal will be served. Everyone is invited to share memories of Chris.
